I started my interest in airguns during my first year in college (ca 1989) . A classmate of mine bought an airgun and joined the ROTC (Reserve Officer Training Course) sniper platoon. Unfortunately during that time, money is scarce and alloted mainly for my tuition, books and allowances. I started to save money from my allowances and raised enough money to buy an ARMSCOR .22 caliber pellet gun. This airgun became my ” work horse” pellet gun for plinking and¬†pest hunting. The same airgun is still with me and still fully functional.

After college, I got a job and had a chance again to get a new airgun. This time it is an ARMSCOR .177 caliber break barrel pellet gun.
