Cycling!

With the loss of nearby flying field, me and my bros ventured into new pastime, cycling. This does not mean we are doing away with our planes and helis … we’re still looking for an alternative field and let the good time roll (and loop).

Silverlit X-Twin R/C

While browsing through my photo files, I came across this photo of Silverlit X-Twin toy r/c. Actually, it is my nephew’s r/c. This toy re-ignited our interest into r/c flight. My interest grew and led me to search through the internet and me ended up buying a HobbyZone Firebird Commander 2. Then my brothers followed suit.

Classic Army Sportline M15A4 Carbine

Classic Army Sportline M15A4 Carbine.

This is an entry level airsoft from Classic Army, which I believe is made in Hong Kong. The receiver is made of plastic. Gearbox is metal but is rated only to 200fps.

Fully compatible for upgrade to metal parts and power up.

Nice piece of kit. Easy to carry but since it is made of plastic, upgrade to metal parts would be inevitable for battle readiness.

Monteverde Royale!

We tried out flying at Monteverde Royale Phase 4. This subdivision is at selling stage. No house/s are being built yet so it’s open!

Here, getting some low passes. The downside of Monteverde: it is not flat land, it’s actually hills and valleys. But it would be excellent for gliding practices.

It’s around 15km away from where I live and needs a drive through unpaved dirt road.

But as the saying goes, the show must go on.
